The latest estimate is Spring 2008 for the release of Half Discovered Wings. It takes time for various departments in the publishing house to free up, the first and most important of which is editing. That should begin within the next few weeks, which points towards an early 2008 release. There's no word on the cost yet, but I'd expect the usual £6.99 approx. for a paperback novel. Watch this space!

The latest word from David is that the editing process should be completed around March, give or take a few weeks. A Summer release should be expected.

New update for "Half Discovered Wings" - the editing process is nearly completed with only 65 pages left to edit! From there it's a final read-through and some cover design, and then (fingers crossed) David will be in print and you'll all be able to read "Half Discovered Wings" in all its glory!

News just in:
The chief editor of Libros International has just completed the quality check of "HDW", meaning that now there is only the cover design left before the book is available.
More news on this as it develops - there might even be space on the site for some early concept art - but expect the final design to be on the site just as soon as it's ready.
Thanks for all your kind enquiries so far, through the forum but mainly via e-mail. The quickest way to contact David is via the Spinning Lizard address, which is spinning.lizard@yahoo.co.uk.

HDW: Well? When's it coming!? That was six weeks ago, how long does it take to paint a picture?
